Experience
- Database (more than 1 database desirable)
- C#
- Indication of Diversity in knowledge
- 3 years minimum
- Remoting and web services
- Object relational tools (which ones)
- Use of templates
- Experience in both database and programming environments
- A Skills matrix is useful: C++, C#, SQL , Visual Studio etc
Aptitude
- Analytical
- Indication of high achievement (could be in Matric, University, Job success or Extra-mural activity)
- Passion for development, indicated by:
- Pet projects
- Initiatives outside work environment
- Depth and breadth of knowledge
Qualifications
Tertiary education is not necessary:
If tertiary education exists, candidate needs to have good grades
