    MSDN 2008 SP1

Could anyone download MSDN 2008 SP1 without it giving errors in the install thereof?

    I get the following error:
Error 1330.A file that is required cannot be installed because the cabinet file d:\cab1.cab has an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the cabinet file is corrupt.

With a quick Google on the error I found that many other people experience the same problems, not necessarily tha same cabinet file...

Any way you look at it, some day you'll know I was right... well... I'm not left...

    Re: MSDN 2008 SP1

We brought down SP1 recently without errors.

Can you maybe get someone else to download the pack then try installing that version? Or check the MD5 on the file to see if it's valid.

    No, nobody outside the company...
How would I be checking the MD5?

Before downloading the file, Microsoft gives you the ability to check the CRC and MD5.

Alternatively you can use tools (do a Google search) and match it to the MD5 key given on the microsoft site.

    Re: MSDN 2008 SP1

I looked on the download page and could not find any MD5 (or any hash code).
I use FDM as my download agent and they have a feature to check all sorts of hash codes (including MD5).
I asked our administrator to download it outside our firewall and squid... maybe it will work...
