I know imperial and a bunch of others use them (or used to). they. give you a login and connection to the database (MSSQL).
Then you can access all the make and model data for each manufacturer.
Chrome specializes in what you are looking for. It is not free, but definitely worth a look.(and no, I don't work for them).
